I've developed R code that can "pull" tables from PDF score reports into an excel spreadsheet, to easily integrate into word documents for psychoeducational reports. Currently, I have created code that supports the following score reports:
This code will process .vtt formatted files (output of Zoom transcription files), into paragraph form .txt files. Files can easily be uploaded to programs like dedoose and nvivo for qualitative coding.
This code will “pull” information from the APPIC directory website into a spreadsheet. Just create a csv with links to the pages of sites you are considering using the example provided.
